Using ExactDiff

You may use ExactDiff for lawful comparison, reconciliation, and review of files you are authorized to process. You are responsible for the files you select and for complying with confidentiality, privacy, employment, financial, and intellectual-property obligations that apply to them.

No professional advice

ExactDiff provides deterministic technical comparison output. It is not legal, accounting, audit, tax, security, or financial advice. A reported match does not prove that a document or model is correct, complete, authorized, or fit for a particular purpose.

Accuracy and verification

We aim to make each tool predictable and well tested, but file formats and browser environments vary. You must verify material results before relying on them. Important controls should retain source files, settings, hashes, and an independent review path.

Prohibited activity

• Do not use ExactDiff to violate law or third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or bypass security protections.
• Do not misrepresent comparison output as a certification by ExactDiff.

The service may change, pause, or discontinue without guarantee. Features may have browser, size, and format limits that are stated in the relevant tool.
